🎨 Product & Customization
What makes a good photo? +

The better the photo, the better the resemblance! Please use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting.

  • ✅ High resolution (not blurry)
  • ✅ Even lighting (avoid harsh shadows)
  • ✅ Facial features clearly visible
Will it look exactly like me? +
Our bobbleheads are 3D cartoon-style sculptures. They are designed to resemble the subject with a fun, artistic touch. While exact replication (like a wax figure) is not possible, we aim for a strong and recognizable likeness.
What material do you use? +
We use 100% Polymer Clay. The color is the clay itself, so it is more durable and vibrant than painted resin. We do not use cheap plastic molds or 3D printing for the head sculpting.
⏱️ Order & Timing
How long does it take to receive my order? +

The total delivery time is Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Standard Production: 7-12 days (Free)
  • Rush Options: We offer Rush (5-7 days) and Super Rush (3-5 days) sculpting services for a fee.
  • Shipping: Usually takes 3-12 business days depending on the carrier.

*Multiple revision requests during proofing may extend the production time.

What is "Proofing"? +
This is our quality guarantee! After you order, we will email you in-progress preview photos. You can ask for adjustments (e.g., "make the nose smaller"). We only bake and ship after your approval.
✈️ Shipping & Policies
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! We ship Worldwide.
Whether you are in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe, we can deliver to your door. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee and time at checkout.
Which carrier do you use? +
We use premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Our system automatically selects the fastest and most reliable route based on your specific delivery address to ensure timely delivery.
Where do you ship from? +
HeadTurnedArt is a global brand. To ensure high capacity and artistic quality, we operate dedicated art studios in both the United States and Asia. Depending on artist availability and your destination, your order may be shipped directly from our international workshop.
What if my item arrives broken? (Important) +

Because bobbleheads are fragile, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection ($2.00) at checkout.

  • ✅ With Protection: If your item arrives broken, lost, or stolen, simply email us a photo within 48 hours, and we will replace it for FREE.
  • ❌ Without Protection: We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the carrier during transit.
Please ensure the "Shipping Protection" toggle is ON at checkout to fully protect your custom order.
