1. Custom Order & Production

All our products are 100% custom-made based on the photos and details you provide.

• No Cancellations After Sculpting Begins: We begin material preparation immediately after your order is confirmed. A 30% fee applies if you wish to cancel after the artist has started work.
• Proofing Process: We provide unlimited revisions during the sculpting stage. Once you approve the proof, the design is final and cannot be modified.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Please note that "Total Delivery Time" = "Production Time" + "Shipping Time".

• Production: Standard (7-12 days) or Rush options (3-7 days).
• Shipping: Standard (7-12 business days) or Priority (3-5 business days).

3. Likeness & Artistic Interpretation

Bobblehead sculpting is a subjective art form. While our master artists strive for a high degree of resemblance, the final product is a cartoon-style 3D caricature, not a wax museum replica.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that slight artistic variations may occur and do not constitute a "defect."

4. Damages & Shipping Protection

We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection ($2.00) at checkout.

• With Protection: We replace broken/lost items for FREE.
• Without Protection: We are not liable for damage or loss incurred during transit by the carrier (FedEx/DHL/USPS).

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes opened without contacting our support team first may result in immediate order cancellation and permanent restriction from future purchases.
