At HeadTurnedArt, every bobblehead is custom-made specifically for you. Unlike standard retail products, these cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we have a specific policy for returns and cancellations.

1. Can I return my custom bobblehead?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "Change of Mind" or "Likeness" issues after the item has been shipped.

However, we offer a Proofing Process during creation. You will see photos of the clay sculpture and can request unlimited changes until you are satisfied. Your approval of the proof signifies your acceptance of the likeness.

2. Damages & Defects (Shipping Protection)

Did you purchase Shipping Protection ($2.00)?
  • YES: Email us a photo of the broken item within 48 hours of delivery to support@headturnedart.com. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
  • NO: As stated at checkout, we are not liable for carrier damage if protection was declined. However, please contact us, and we may offer a repair discount as a courtesy.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours of order: Full Refund (100%).
  • After sculpting has begun: 50% Cancellation Fee (covers material & labor).
  • After proof approval/Shipping: Non-refundable.
