Step 1: Production Time (Sculpting)

*Note: "Proofing" (revisions) is included but may extend production time if multiple changes are requested.

Step 2: Shipping Time (Transit)

We ship worldwide using premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS). The carrier is automatically selected based on your destination for the fastest route.

Bobbleheads are fragile art pieces. We highly recommend keeping the Shipping Protection ($2.00) enabled at checkout.

Liability Policy:
  • ✅ Protection Enabled: If your item is lost, stolen, or arrives broken, we will replace/remake it for FREE immediately.
  • ❌ Protection Disabled: HeadTurnedArt is not liable for loss or damage caused by the carrier. We cannot offer free replacements for courier mishandling if insurance was declined.

Your order may be shipped directly from our international workshop depending on artist availability. Rest assured, we use express air freight to ensure timely delivery regardless of origin.
